When is it possible to pay the amount with a 30% discount?

The reduced payment of 30% is calculated on the amount of the penalty only (and not on the total amount of the fine) and is foreseen for payments within 5 days as from the date of notification, as per Law Decree No. 69 of 2013, converted into Law No. 98 of August 9^th.
